Etihad Credit Bureau collects credit information from banks, finance companies, water and electricity companies, courts and country wide cheque clearing system – in addition to telecom operators – which feed into generating Credit Reports, as well as forming the basis for predictive and analytics products such as the Credit Score and other unique indices.

Telecom operators use information in your Credit Report and Credit Score to assess your credit worthiness ahead of making their decision to provide you with postpaid phone services or device purchases on installment basis.

We have extensive information on our website on Etihad Credit bureau, our products and frequently asked question. We have also made all our products available to be electronically purchased through Etihad Credit Bureau website and mobile apps and through Etihad Credit Bureau Contact Center.
