How it works
Data Correction lets you correct any inaccuracies or outdated information in your credit history. This information is provided by various providers, like banks, finance companies, telecom companies, utilities and government entities. While we do not add or edit this information, we can inform them to update it in their system so it can reflect on ours.
How to request for Data Correction
Review your Credit Report
If you see an error in your report, click on "Correct my data".
Provide us with details
Fill out the request form and attach a copy of your Emirates ID. Please attach any supporting documents related to your request.
Wait for the updates
We will send your request to the relevant company to inform them of your corrections. Your credit history should be updated within 10 working days.
